I withdrew mattic from your exchange and i didnt see any option ERC20 Or any other so now apparently my matic are gone to wrong chain at mainnet. its such a painful experience with customer service as i was first told its withdrawn from Ascendex (Bitmax) and you guys cant do anything? why you already have this issue with mattic going to wrong chain. furthermore when a customer like to report this issue theres some non english headers at the customer service window which are not understandable for english reader why? please make proper app with all english option when a customer select english as a language option. please fix this matic polygon transfer issue and recover my matic from where ever you sent them by your mistake.
