Rules:
The platform will use the last one digit of the first ETH block hash after the event ends as the lucky number. It will check the amount of the lucky number in the last 6 digits of all eligible users' UID. The user with max amount will be the final winner of Lucky Charm Reward. If more than one users get max amount, they will be ranked by weighted trade volume. The user with max weighted trade volume and max amount will be the final winner.
