i was not warned of this issue and did not see this anywhere while i was withdrawing the matic from your exchange and now all my Matic are stuck some where (minet i guess) or at the Matic network instead of sending them to Binance using ERC20 and than on top of that when i tried to find some help and chat or email what i get is some non english options along with english. i dont know what that language is chineese or korean or japaness . come on when i choose english than why i have to see other language than english ? its such a painful customer experience on top of that all my Matic are sent to Mattic network (https://explorer-mainnet.maticvigil.com/pending-transactions). stop sending me email in a language i dont understand. absolutely ridiculous worst customer experience
