Deposit & Withdrawal of USDT-ERC20 on BitMax.io

Dear BitMax.io Users,

BitMax.io will enable deposit & withdrawal of USDT-ERC20 on Web and H5 at 4:00 p.m. EDT, July 3rd. Users can select between USDT-Omni chain and USDT-ERC20 chain when entering wallet address of deposit or withdrawal requests for USDT.

The APP will soon support deposit & withdrawal of USDT-ERC20 as well. Please stay tuned for the announcement on when the new version will be released.

To Deposit USDT

For USDT deposit, different deposit addresses will be generated based on the user’s selection of the chain name. Please carefully check the deposit address prior to submitting the deposit. Funds sent to the incorrect address may not be recovered.

 

To Withdraw USDT

For USDT withdrawal, users need to select the chain name first and then enter the corresponding address. Please carefully check the withdrawal address to avoid a mismatch between chain name and address. Otherwise, the withdrawal request will be rejected.
