BitMax.io Primary Exclusive Listing of Ferrum Network (FRM) - Upcoming Auction & Airdrop & BitTreasure

Dear BitMax.io Users,

BitMax.io will list Ferrum Network (FRM) under the trading pairs of FRM/USDT and FRM/BTC.

Deposit & Withdrawal to start at 10:00 p.m. EDT on August 3rd, 2019.

Trading to start at 10:00 a.m. EDT on August 5th, 2019.

Both trading pairs are only eligible for Reverse-Mining and regular trading.

Event 1: FRM Auction

The event runs from 7:00 a.m. EDT to 8:00 a.m. EDT on August 5th, 2019.

Terms & Conditions:

1.      Bid Item: 6,250 FRM; Total Bids: 200; Starting Bid Price: 500 BTMX.

2.      The starting bid price and incremented bid price must be integral multiples of 1 BTMX. Only unlocked BTMX in the Cash Account is eligible to be used as payment in the auction. Once the bid is submitted, the corresponding number of incremented BTMX will be deducted from the Cash Account.

3.      Users can place a higher bid at incremental amount to the earlier bid.

4.      One user account is limited to one bid item.

5.      Upon the conclusion of the event, top 200 users ranked by bidding price will win the bid item. For multiple bids at the same price, the bid placed first or earlier will prevail.

6.      For those 200 winners, they will only pay the auction price as the 200th bid and the excess will be refunded within 24 hours after the event is completed. The BTMX tokens from winning bids are subject to permanent lock-up. The user who loses the bid will be fully refunded within 24 hours after the event is completed.

7.      Bid Item Unlock Time: by 10:00 a.m. EDT on August 5th.

8.      BitMax.io reserves the final right on the interpretation and adjustment of these Terms and Conditions. For any abusing activities, the users will be disqualified from the auction once identified.

Event 2: FRM Airdrop to Newly-registered Users

The event runs from 10:00 a.m. EDT on August 5th, 2019 to 10:00 a.m. EDT on August 11th, 2019.

Terms & Conditions:

1.      During the event, top 500 new users who register via the exclusive link  and complete KYC V2 will each receive 400 FRM with lock-up status as reward. Tokens will be displayed on the user’s My Asset page under FRMLCK.

2.      After the airdrop, for users with accumulated purchase of FRM from the market ≥ three times the amount of the airdrop within 3 days, the airdrop tokens will be released within 1 hour.

3.      With accumulated purchase of FRM < three times the amount of airdrop within 3 days, the user will be deemed to voluntarily give up the airdrop reward.

4.      Time of Distribution: within 1 hour after KYC V2 is completed

Event 3: FRM BitTreasure

 The event runs from 10:00 p.m. EDT on August 3rd, 2019 to 10:00 p.m. EDT on August 9th, 2019.

Terms & Conditions:

1.      Users can transfer FRM to BitTreasure and earn interest on daily basis.

2.      Users cannot withdraw FRM from BitTreasure before maturity date except for certain unforeseeable emergency subject to the platform review.

3.      The term starts one day after the purchase. Principal and interests will be calculated and automatically transferred back to the user’s account upon the maturity.
