In response to the pricing and service disruption caused by Amazon Web Services (“AWS”) system outage on August 23, BitMax.io has carefully reviewed all the requests submitted for the affected accounts and processed most service requests as of 11:00 am EDT, August 27. Among all the submission, 17 requests are currently going through further assessment and verification.
