Note on Earlier Incident of FTT Abnormal Price Fluctuation

Due to issues with third-party market maker of FTT, there was abnormal price fluctuation for FTT trading pair between 7:58pm - 7:59pm EDT, September 6. This incident led to forced liquidation for a very small number of margin trading users.
