Further update to the last announcement, due to interaction with a third-party vendor, BitMax.io has experienced prolonged AWS system outage. BitMax.io wallet and custody operations are NOT affected and all customer assets are SAFE.
Last 24 hours we have been working around the clock alongside several global AWS teams to restore system operability. We appreciate your patience as we navigate through the multi-tier verification security review and escalation protocols of AWS.
Based upon the info received from AWS at this point, the services are estimated to start recovery within 48 hours.
