Event One: Trade YLD for A Chance of USDT Reward

During the event, transaction fee is set for YLD/USDT at -1.5 bps (-0.015%) on Maker order fills. Basically, users can not only enjoy zero transaction fee for Maker order fills, but also earn 1.5 bps (0.015%) rebate in USDT of executed notional as reward.

Transaction fees for Taker order fills will be as low as 0.035%.

Event Two: 90,000 YLD Exclusive Rewards to Airdrop Multiple Card Holders

For Airdrop Multiple Card holders who submit the activity form during the event, each will be eligible for 30 USDT worth of token rewards (factoring in multiplied reward with single use of Airdrop Multiple Card). Airdrop tokens will be distributed on a first-come first-serve basis.

Notes:

1. The airdrop reward will be automatically locked up and displayed on the user's My Asset page under YLDLCK.

2. After reward distribution, when users have total purchase of YLD from the market ≥ twice the airdrop within three days, the airdrop tokens will be released within ONE hour. If a user's total purchase of YLD is less than twice the airdrop within three days, the user will be deemed to voluntarily forfeit the airdrop.

3. Each user account is eligible for YLD airdrop only ONCE.

4. If a user receives an airdrop but fails to meet unlocking requirement, the card will still be considered being used.

5. YLD price is calculated per its average market price during the event. Total airdrop reward is capped at 90,000 YLD.

Rewards will be distributed to user's account within 3 business days after the event.

Event Three: Trade YLD to Win Your Share of 15,000 USDT Token Rewards

Eligibility

Total YLD Net Buy Quantity (Buy Quantity - Sell Quantity - Withdrawal Quantity)  ≥ 1,000 YLD during the event.

Rewards:

• Top 20 participants ranked by Total YLD Net Buy Quantity will receive a proportional share of 70,000 YLD rewards.
• Participants with ranking after 20th will receive an equal share of 70,000 YLD rewards.

Notes:

1. Users are required to complete KYC 1 verification.

2. Each eligible user can receive reward only ONCE.

3. Rewards will be distributed to user's account within 14 business days after the event.
