Update on Harmony (ONE) Staking - Regular Unbonding Period & Instant Unbonding Fee

From June 29, 12:00 AM UTC, the following changes will take effect for AscendEX users participating in Harmony (ONE) Staking:

-  Regular Unbonding Period:  SEVEN days;

-  Instant Unbonding function: 1% fee;

The above changes will NOT affect the reward distribution of current Harmony (ONE) Staking participants.
