AscendEX to Support BitClout (CLOUT)'s Rebranding as DeSo (DESO)

Dear Users,

AscendEX will render support to BitClout (CLOUT), facilitating its rebranding as DeSo (DESO). Please see the details below:

1. CLOUT/USDT trading will be temporarily suspended from 2:00 p.m., UTC on Sept. 24, 2021. All the pending orders will not be canceled.
2. AscendEX will convert all CLOUT tokens held by users to DESO and distribute them at the ratio of 1 CLOUT : 1 DESO according to users’ DESO holding snapshots, taking place from 2:00 p.m. UTC to 2:15 p.m. UTC on Sept. 24, 2021.
3. DESO/USDT trading will be resumed starting from 2:15 p.m. UTC on Sept. 24, 2021.
4. DeSo (DESO) deposit and withdrawal services will not be affected in the course of CLOUT's rebranding.
